Abstract: Facing the difficulties of present cited reference retrieval service and the automatic demand of library’s cited reference retrieval service, this paper introduced the development environment, software configuration, design detail and critical code of a cited reference retrieve service software developed by Library of South China University of Technology and based on .NET. According to the evaluation of practical application, this software had good accuracy, convenience, applicability and efficiency. Finally, it put forward the improving direction.
