摘要： RDA(资源描述与检索)作为全新的国际著录标准,已进入准备实施阶段。分析了RDA出现的背景、内容及优势所在,并从编目思维、编目工具、编目流程、编目对象、编目员岗位职责方面探讨了编目员在新环境下对编目职责的认识。

Abstract: RDA (resource description and retrieval) as a new international standard recording, has entered the preparation stage of implementation. This paper analyzes the background, the content of RDA and its advantages and from the cataloging, cataloging, cataloging tool of thinking process, objects of cataloging, discusses the Cataloging in new cataloging environment responsibility awareness. Cataloging post duty.
