摘要: 基于2010年—2014年的系统工程重要期刊论文数据,采用科学计量学两大测量指标:合作频次与Salton合作强度,对中国大陆31个区域的科技合作情况进行研究,描绘了中国该领域科技合作行为的空间结构。研究结果显示:各地区更倾向于区域内部合作;地理位置接近具有强地区合作倾向;经济或文化发展水平相当或资源优势位差易促进合作。在研究中,Salton合作强度指数更能真实地揭示地区的合作关系,更具有客观性。

Abstract: Based on the literature data from the important journals of system engineering during 2010~2014, this paper adopted two scientometrics measurement indexes including cooperation frequency and Salton cooperation intensity to explore science and technology cooperation of 31 regions in Chinese mainland and describe its spatial structure of science and technology cooperation behavior. Research results showed that different regions were more inclined to regional internal cooperation; geographical proximity had strong regional cooperative tendency; economic or cultural equivalent development level or resource superiority potential difference were easy to promote cooperation. In the study, the Salton cooperation strength index was more realistic to reveal the regional cooperation relationship, and also had the objectivity.
