摘要: 纸质图书资料保护过程中,对纸张性能与寿命的了解是极其重要的。然而,利用破坏性的方法来测试档案文件往往是不允许的。论文介绍了傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)、近红外光谱法(NIR)、X-射线衍射法(XRD)和能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)等无损检测的具体测量方法。

关键词: 纸张老化, 档案保护, 档案图书, 纸张无损检测

Abstract: It is important to understand the characteristics and lifetime of paper in book preservation, while destructive methods are disallowed. This paper introduced some nondestructive testing methods,including near-infrared spectroscopic analysis, infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF), which were also the research focus in the world. These methods mainly measured the hydrogen bonding and crystallinity changes to testing the paper aging degree, and could provide some enlightenment for further research.
