摘要: 电子期刊与纸质期刊是现代馆藏期刊的两大主体,虽然以两种不同的期刊形态存在于公共图书馆中,但两者之间的优劣势形成互补,如何促进电子期刊与纸质期刊并存利用与发展成为当前公共图书馆关注的问题。基于电子期刊与纸质期刊优劣势比较及并存互补关系理论,结合贵州省图书馆电子期刊与纸质期刊并存利用现状,阐明了电子期刊与纸质期刊并存利用与协调发展的必要性,提出“合理配置,取长补短,创新模式”等途径,以提高电子期刊与纸质期刊的并存利用率,促进公共图书馆电子期刊与纸质期刊并存利用与协调发展。

Abstract: Electronic periodicals and paper periodicals are two main modern periodical collections existed in different forms in public library, whose advantages and disadvantages are complementary. How to promote the coexisted utilization and coordinated development of electronic periodicals and paper periodicals has become the concerned issue of public library. Based on the comparison of their advantages and disadvantages and the coexisted complementary relationship theory, combined with the coexisted utilization status of electronic periodicals and paper periodicals in Guizhou Library, this paper indicated the necessity of the coexisted utilization and coordinated development of these two resource, and proposed the reasonable configuring by drawing on each other's strength and innovating new modes to improve the coexisted utilization rate of electronic periodicals and paper periodicals and promote their coexisted utilization and coordinated development.
