Abstract: As a brand new service mode, subject librarian has been focused and introduced by Library for Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences. This paper introduces the contents of subject librarian service brand by library resources building, information consulting service, information literacy education, and distinguished knowledge service, and gives the means for building the subject librarian service brand combing with the practical situations.
