Abstract: Public opinion information service is the important way to reflect public opinion, and is effective way to improve governance. National Library of China as the main information services institution, based on its own dominant position of resources and personnel to carry out public opinion information services for Government users. The information service products follow closely with the general public policy, social hotspot issues, in order to further analyze public opinion trend, form the basis or policy development, provide early warning information, and became a reliable tool for the users.
