Abstract: According to the investigated basic status of the staff of the township cultural stations in Northern Area of Guangxi, discusses the importance of the continuing education for the staff in township cultural stations. Focusing on the ideological literacy, digital literacy, and professional quality of continuing education etc, the services of urban libraries to the continuing education of the township cultural stations in six modes were studied and discussed.
