Abstract: With the popularity of so many “micro-concepts”, this paper firstly introduced relative concepts such as micro-content and micro-library-service; Then it analyzed the necessity of micro-library-service from user needs, information source and library’s service status; And last the author proposed concrete implementation strategies from service concept, service content and service method of libraries.
