[Purpose/significance]This paper systematically sorts out relevant researches on digital reading behavior at home and abroad, summarizes the research status, and provides references for future researches in this field.[Methods/process] This study took Web of Science database and CNKI as data sources, selected relevant literatures from the database, and drew a knowledge map of digital reading behavior domain with a visual method to analyze the research topics in this field.[Results/conclusion] The results show that digital reading behavior of the related research can be roughly divided into theory study, behavior research, influencing factors and strategies for four categories. After analyzing the hot topics, it is found that the field has a wide range of research topics but is not highly interdisciplinary, and the application of emerging methods and tools is not high in China. In the future, this field still needs to strengthen cross-domain cooperation and strengthen the introduction of various cutting-edge research methods and technical tools.

With the continuous increase in the contact rate of digital reading methods, digital reading has gradually become the mainstream reading method. College students, as a group with a higher level of education, are the main groups to receive, spread, and enjoy digital reading. They often use informal groups such as interest groups, book clubs, and fellow villagers in the digital reading process. The establishment of informal groups, the dissemination and interaction of reading content have a significant impact on the effect of digital reading. In this regard, the author uses "digital reading" as the starting point and adopts action research methods to explore the strategies for guiding the informal group development of college students in the process of digital reading from the perspective of group dynamics.
