Abstract: Based on the analysis about open interface operation mechanism of the current wechat public platform, this paper proposed a method based on the wechat API (Application Program Interface) to solve the problem of cross-platform, deployment and development cost of various heterogeneous databases in Changchun Library, and build wechat public platform of Changchun Library which was a powerful tool for public library to carry out mobile service. It described the platform in details from the system architecture, key technologies, functional design and column display and other aspects. The results showed it can greatly save the development time and cost.
