Research on Incentive Mechanism of Subject Service Team in University Library based on Synthesizing Motivation Theory

Abstract: In order to exert the maximum effectiveness of subject service team and win the user's recognition, this paper briefly analyzed the Porter-Lawler's synthesizing motivation theory, and constructed the subject service team's incentive model, and focused on analyzing the process and characteristics of the model, and then put forward safeguard measures for the incentive mechanism of subject service team, from the management idea, evaluation system, salary system and team culture.
