Library Reader Service Innovation Based on Reader Knowledge Literacy

Abstract: In the circumstance of innovation, library should cultivate all-round knowledge literacy for realistic and virtual, online and offline readers. This paper expounded reader knowledge, and analyzed the factors influencing readers’ literacy, and put forward the innovative strategies to enhance readers’ knowledge literacy.
