Abstract: As everyone knows, the development of today's society changes quickly, and if we can not adapt to the trend and social perspective, any things and events will be eliminated. Thus university library as the main power of society has shouldered heavy responsibilities. The innovation of university library involves two major aspects of hardware facilities and software facilities. And the hardware facilities have a great relationship with local economy and culture development, specific size of school and local people. This paper mainly considered the changes and creative realization of university library in software facilities under the impact of cultural creativity.
