Abstract: Digital library is the development direction of the future, in the digital library, development of reader service under the environment of further deepening and development has important practical significance. About reader service must involve professional reader service team construction, training a group of excellent professional knowledge and rich experience in the reader service team need we librarians to constantly improve their own qualities and skills, play a pioneering and innovative spirit of librarians, establishing the new people-oriented digital library.
