Abstract: The paper Select CNIP as patent information sources. The paper statistical analyses library patent which be applicated from 2003 to 2012 by the excel software and bibliometric analysis method. Number of patent applications, patent applicants, patent inventors and technology development trend were analyzed. Clear the status and explore its future development path in order to provide reference for library patent development.
