The Design and Achievement of MARC Metadata Based on the Technology of PL/SQL to Reading

Abstract: This article presents a method based on PL/SQL technology which designs a storage function to read MARC metadata aiming at Oracle database design, transfers directly this function from the SQL query, and effectively reads descriptive elements ofMARC metadata.
