Abstract: Ubiquitous knowledge environment is a common, comprehensive knowledge environment in the future knowledge-based society, in Ubiquitous Knowledge Environment the university library is facing a challenge, but also an opportunity. This paper researches the development of ubiquitous service of Hunan Agricultural University Library and expects to play a certain role of inspiration and reference for the university library's ubiquitous service’s future development.
