The Application of Sequential Pattern Mining Technique in Digital Library

Abstract: Through researching on sequential pattern mining algorithms, this paper combined sequential pattern mining technology with digital library, and implemented it from three aspects. Firstly, mining readers' access log sequence under web environment could provide personalized service for every reader. Secondly, on the basic of the rejection sets and frequent borrowing sets mined, libraries could periodically supplement characteristic resource. Thirdly, using mining technology and analyzing resource utilization could direct the procurement of library electronic resource and realize intelligent service.
