Abstract: Innovation cluster of science and technology industry is the inevitable product of economy and science and technology development to a certain stage. It is the breakthrough of traditional economic development mode and the exploration of new economic development mode. This paper puts forward "The Study on Innovation-driven Development Based on Technological Industry Innovation Cluster in Yunnan Province" from a new perspective in combination with the reality in Yunnan Province, and strives to explore the path and effective countermeasures to cultivate and improve innovation-driven development ability, and accelerate the strategic conception of realizing high-quality leapfrog development in Yunnan Province.
