Abstract: With the rise of central plains, Zhengzhou economy has experienced rapid development, while city subway has become the main transport means for citizens, as well as the space to spread culture. Some cities in China have built subway libraries, but the results are not very satisfied. Based on the study about the status quo of subway libraries both at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the feasibility of constructing virtual libraries in Zhengzhou subway, and put forward some problems that should be paid attention to, and finally proposed the construction model of subway virtual library, hoping to provide reference for the construction of sustainable subway libraries in other cities in China, and further promote the reading of all citizens and the development of library.
