Mobile Reading Promotion Platform Construction under the Background of Smart City Construction in Qinhuangdao

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet and information technologies, mobile reading has been changing people’s reading habits and mode. This paper intended to discuss how to effectively advance nationwide reading from general characters. Through the research on the current situation of mobile reading developing conditions in Qinhuangdao, it put forward a construction scheme on mobile reading promotion platform that served the construction of Smart City with the emphasis on the historical culture and tourism culture.
