Library’ Development Dilemma and Countermeasures in the Environment of Mobile Internet

Abstract: In this thesis, the time features of library service in the environment of mobile internet were briefly analyzed, which respectively were the individuation of users’ demand, the facilitation of system operation, the diversification of information service and the mobilization of users’ behaviors. Service modes were stated from the aspects of text messages, WAP, APP and Wechat, and specific analysis on library’ development dilemma was given. And then four main countermeasures were put forward, and some predictions on library’ development prospect were proposed.
