Performance Evaluation of University Library Based on Balanced Score card

Abstract: Focusing on the current shortcomings of traditional personnel management of university library in China, including undefined evaluation positioning, unscientific evaluation criteria, more attention on quantitative evaluation, which hindered the development of library, this paper explored an effective performance evaluation method through establishing a dynamic balanced score card, to realize scientific modern management. It proposed to establish dynamic balanced score card model and design the balanced score card, as well as conduct the standardized management of library performance.
