Abstract: Evaluation of the academic quality of scientific and technical journals, in addition to the quality of the content itself, the quality of compiling the scientific manuscripts is one of the vital factors affecting the quality of the academic assessment of the scientific journals. The authors have been engaged in the modification work of the scientific journals for decades, and possessed great experiences as well as distinctive insights of the quality control during the revise process. This paper aims to illustrate how to control and improve the academic quality of the manuscripts from several aspects, including the principles, methods, content, and problems need to be noticed in the course of edit and amendments.
