Abstract: RSS as one of the most important technology in Web3.0 era, in recent years has been paid great attention in the majority of web portal and information resource construction and use. Network of the native library, one of the digital resources construction of important institutions, continuing innovation of his own digital technology development and utilization of resources. In this paper, based on the current universities RSS technology application situation, discuss using RSS technology to push the process of network native digital resources.
