Abstract: Each college attaches great importance to scientific research project for college students,each year into a special fund for scientific research and innovation. In digital times,the retrieval,access,usage of digital resources are more convenient,and have become students’ main choice when they need information,as well as the most important part of library’s collection. But sometimes the utilization ratio is not satisfied,some practical measures are proposed in this paper with a thorough analysis of current database usage.
