Research of Paper Periodicals and Electronic Periodicals Coexist Based on University Library Regional Library

Abstract: By enhancing the core competitiveness and mutual library cooperation form library alliance, the alliance resource sharing has been more and more recognized and adopted by the library. How to look the library alliance as a platform, to speed up the electronic periodicals and paper periodical of win to win developments, take the two long, complementary, electronic periodicals and paper periodicals coexist, have important implications for the future development of Library Periodical work.
