Study on the Public Welfare of Digital Library for the Services of Public Digital Culture

Abstract: This thesis is based on development of public cultural services and applying requirement of the all media era, by the line of digital library development at home and abroad, to research the public welfare of digital Library. In the end of the paper, we put forward to establish the law position of the public welfare of digital library, construct platform of collaborative sharing, study on digital library strategy by view of "target--demand".
