Urbanization of Residents and Comprehensive Knowledge Service of Public Libraries

Abstract: The core of new-typed urbanization is the urbanization residents. This paper analyzes the contents of urbanization of residents, and problems facing the domestic urbanization of residents, and explores the root of the problems in accordance with the current situation of Chongqing, a pilot area of urban-rural comprehensive development reform of China. Based on the experimental practice of new-typed urbanization in Nan’an District of Chongqing, this paper puts forward the library’s coping strategy of comprehensive knowledge service during the process of urbanization of residents.
