Abstract: The topic of big data has emerged endlessly since 2012, and the information age has stepped into a new phase which is the era of big data. The micro era also comes into beings with the emergence of micro data by following the era of big data, and generates the micro-service. This paper applied the relevant knowledge and method of informetrics to select 1200 papers on micro service in CNKI and extract keywords, year, literature source and other fields, and analyzed the time distribution, journal distribution and high frequency keywords with ucinet and gephi as tools. The results showed that micro-service was widely applied in the fields of finance and library science, and continued to promote the development of library science.
