Abstract: Choosing one newly upgraded university recently as the research sample, this paper analyzes the science research competitive abilities on terms of productivity, influence, innovation strength, and development strength of scientific research. We can find out the science research competitive ability situation of this university, the research results can provide data reference and contending direction to strengthen the science research competitive ability of this university.
