The Research of Knowledge Management Strategy Based on Crisis of Marginalization

Abstract: Under the background of library traditional service marginalization. The paper described the method and the Current situation of knowledge organization and integration, discusses the shortcomings of the current digital library knowledge management, analysis the necessity of knowledge Organization and integration on linked data, and also put forward the digital library knowledge Organization and integration model,expound how to use the linked data technology to realize resource discovery and knowledge integration , how to embed the knowledge service in e-knowledge environment, etc.
