Abstract: Under conditions of equality of basic public cultural service which put as a strategic goal of national public culture. According to the exist problems of rural public cultural products supply like quantity shortage, shortage of funds, talent challenged, infrastructure backward, requirement expressing system imperfect. etc. this article put forward some solutions from rural public cultural products defining, such as: incorporated rural public cultural products into the help-the-poor program, empower the informal organizations, encourage third parties involved in, build up library consortia, share the core information and intellective resource. etc.
