Abstract

Abstract: It is relatively successful in Xichang City after years of development of agricultural transformation and upgrading. A research study is carried out in Xichang City by doing questioner and individual interview. By investigating, doing statistical analysis and research of the needs for 800 rural residents, the author has summed the information demand and service construction during the period of transforming and upgrading agriculture, as well as its effectiveness and achievement in west of China, which can provide reference for sustainable development of agricultural transformation.
