Evaluation Model of Readers’ Training based on Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of reader training in the library of university, this paper tries to adopt the ways and basic foundation of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model to establish a kind of Evaluation Model of Readers’ Training, which is to play a great guiding role with library of university doing a variety of reader trainings well.
