The Practice of New Construction of Public Library under the model of construction agent system——Taking the Construction of New Building of Puyang Library as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The mode of construction agent system is a new management model which is popular in the area of non-profit government investment projects. The new construction of public library is one of non-profit government investment projects, accordingly, it should be included in the scope of construction agent system. The paper takes the Construction of New Building of Puyang Library as an Example, it introduces the basic framework and specific practices of the construction of new library. On this basis, the paper put forward some rational opinions about the construction of new library how to implement construction agent system.
