Building Peasants’ Reading-room in the Model of Multiple Cooperation

Abstract: Peasants’ reading-room is a mini-library built with the help of governments, which is administrated by peasants and satisfies their culture need. It efficiently solves the problem of “borrowing the book, seeing the book”. However, some problems, such as newspapers and periodicals not updated timely, lower utilization rate and so on, are existing in some districts. Therefore, a model of multiple cooperation consisting of government, public library, enterprise and institution and individual, must be needed to build peasants’ reading-room in the new period.
