Abstract

Abstract: In the rapid development of information technology, library utilization declines and libraries should continue to seek new technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of the library in order to attract more users, so users do not need excessive operating can the use of library resources. Windows desktop gadget (Windows Gadget) the desktop gadget this new form of information services in library applications, last Sichuan Normal University Library, for example, describes the development library OPAC, database retrieval Windows Desktop Gadgets specific process, in order to provide a reference for other libraries program.
