Heilongjiang Agricultural University Library Under the Network Environment the Research of Personalized Database Resource Construction

Abstract: Based in Heilongjiang province native, through the investigation of Heilongjiang province agricultural university and the characteristic database construction of colleges and universities all over the country, and points out that the construction of colleges and universities in our province agriculture problems existing in the process of database. Combined with China Academic Library & Information System (CALIS) agricultural university library, in the province to build based on agriculture in Heilongjiang province university library personalized database under the network environment, puts forward how to establish the methods and measures of personalized database agricultural colleges and universities. For information resources using copyright issues are analyzed in detail, and implementation strategies are put forward.
