数字出版时代人才是推动产业发展的核心要素,而青年编辑是推动数字出版发展的主力军,打造复合型青年编辑是时代的要求。结合国内数字出版发展现状,分析了目前科技期刊青年编辑存在的不足,并从不同角度提出复合型青年编辑培养措施。
Talent is the core elements to promote the development of digital publishing industry, while the young editor will be the main force to do it, and to train the young compound editor is the required of digital publishing era. The author combined the current development situation of digital publishing, analyzed the shortage of young editors, and proposed the measures from different angles to cultivate the young compound editors.
