Abstract: Library is the literature guarantee center of university, and user education is the main channel to realize the education function of university library. Through the literature research and internet research, this paper analyzed the status of user education and evaluation of university libraries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and then put forward the corresponding suggestions.
