Abstract: Building and Improving the decision making mechanism of literature resource acquisition is the effective way for literature resources construction in center-branch library system. Through the study on consideration of policy and fund, integrated management platform, collection and service, literature acquisition personnel and reader factors in the literature acquisition decision-making, this paper put forward the strategies on making literature acquisition standard, building united acquisition center, conducting patron-driven acquisition, using integrated acquisition platform, so as to perfect the decision-making mechanism and improve literature resource construction level.
