摘要/Abstract

摘要： [目的/意义]提出建设智库创新文化的建议，促进我国智库创新文化的发展，促进智库提高自身综合实力。[方法/过程]本文运用案例分析法，对美国全国民意研究中心（NORC）的创新文化和创新文化建设进行了介绍和分析。[结果/结论]NORC的创新文化及其在创新文化建设过程中所采取的各种举措，为我国智库创新文化建设提供了有益的参考。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The author puts forward the suggestion of constructing the innovation culture of the think tanks, in order to promotes the development of the innovation culture of the think tanks in our country,and promotes the improvement of comprehensive strength of the think tanks. [Method/Process] This article uses the case analysis method to introduce and analyze the innovation culture and innovation culture construction of the national opinion research center (NORC). [Result/Conclusion] NORC's innovation culture and its various measures in the process of building innovation culture provide a useful reference for the construction of innovation culture in our country.
