摘要： 从当前Human Library发展现状出发，以人本视角为剖析角度，分析其运行中存在的问题并在此基础上提出相应的优化对策，以期Human Library的未来运行更加科学。

Abstract: Based on the current situation of the Human Library development, from philosophical Angle of view to analyze the problems in the operation of the human library and put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures on this basis to make the future running of the Human Library more scientific.
