金融危机下农民用户对双季稻管理知识需求及应对策略实证分析

摘要： 通过对湖南地区200户农民用户进行了双季稻管理知识需求的调查分析，发现当前政府、高校及科研院所提供的知识服务渠道不能满足金融危机背景下返乡农民用户重新从事农业生产对农业知识的日益广泛和多样化的需要。针对知识服务组织机构建设滞后这一情况，提出了解决知识需求供给的策略——构建基于双季稻管理知识服务平台。

Abstract: This paper conducts a survey and an analysis of the demand of 200 rural families for knowledge of double cropping rice management in Hunan province. A conclusion has been drawn that the information channels provided by governments,universities and research institutes can not meet the diversified demand of farmers who have returned from the unban areas. To solve this problem,this paper puts forward a coping strategy — the construction of information service platform based on double cropping rice management.
