Abstract: As the habits of readers’ learning and reading change,the uses of paper resources decline and zero-to-borrow books increase every year,in order to avoid resources waste and save funds as well,the acquisition strategy of cancelling book duplicate in circulation of books is imperative. By basing collection reservoir upon use,expanding the variety of books,adding electronic resources and reforming service means,readers’ demand is hopeful to be meet,furthermore library collection optimization is reasonable to be realized.
