摘要: 试图运用柯氏评估模型的方法和基本原理,结合高校图书馆读者培训的特点,建立一套适合于读者培训效果的评估体系,这对高校图书馆进一步做好各级各类读者培训工作起到重要的指导作用。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of reader training in the library of university, this paper tries to adopt the ways and basic foundation of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model to establish a kind of Evaluation Model of Readers’ Training, which is to play a great guiding role with library of university doing a variety of reader trainings well.
