Abstract: Through building city classrooms and civil library, Yangzhou city has regarded city library as the key link to improve the public library service system, to not only meet the public's growing reading cultural needs, but also enhance the city grade of Yangzhou. Yangzhou's city study is not the earliest start in China, but whether the building and management level or the actual operation results is in a leading position, which has explored the precious Yangzhou Mode. Based on the research about the planning, organization, construction, management and achievement of 24 Hours City Study in Yangzhou, this paper explored and analyzed the new mode of the extended service for modern library.
