摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中央国家机关档案利用工作是当前社会档案利用工作的重要组成部分，文章以农业部为例，分析中央国家机关档案利用工作在用户类型、利用需求、影响力和影响范围等方面的特点，并结合其特殊性、关键性，从利用手段、政策把握、档案信息输出能力等方面探讨在中央国家机关内部如何更好的实现档案服务优化。

Abstract: The central state organs' archives utilization is one of the important part of social archives utilization. Therefore, by taking the MOA as the case, this paper combines the particularity、 crucial of the central state organs' archives utilization, analysis its characteristic which based on the user type、utilization demand、influence and its influence range. In the end, this paper discusses how to optimize the archives service in the central state organs from the aspects of the utilization methods , the policy understanding and the ability of information output.
